At Childrens’ Kastle, we pride ourselves in having a staff of qualified professionals with degrees in Early Childhood Education. They regularly participate in training classes pertaining to child development to provide your child the best educational foundation they can!

Our staff knows how to foster independence and cooperation, organize play, and encourage group task and problem solving among our preschool friends. We’d love to meet you!

Kristin LaRue

Kristin has been working with children from birth to school-age since 2020 at The Rock. Kristin has held positions of Teacher Aide and Head Teacher and most recently, Assistant Director. Kristin is very passionate about mentoring and training staff, helping them to grow as professional Early Childhood Educators.

Madeline Pelose

Madeline has been working with children from birth-school age for several years. Madeline began her career as a UPK Teacher working with four year old’s. She has been with The Rock since 2023. Madeline is very passionate about mentoring our staff and providing a wonderful environment for children to learn and grow!

Maria Cibella

In 2020 Maria started her career with The Rock as Director. Throughout her professional career she has worked in various school districts as a Substitute Teacher and a Prevention Specialist working with youth. Maria has worked with children from infancy thru high school. She is dedicated to providing a wonderful learning experience for all children.
